PETER WANNER – TREASURER AND CHIEF FINANCIAL OFFICER

While working towards his professional designation, Mr. Wanner spent the first 7 years of his career working with a chartered accounting firm, a construction firm, and a machinery manufacturer. He received his CGA designation from the Certified General Accounts of Ontario in 1981.

From 1983 to 1990 Pete was VP Controller for Worldways Canada Ltd. – Canada’s 3rd largest airline. From 1990, he has worked as a private business consultant and interim-CFO for such clients as: Airlines – Air Atlantic, Halifax, NS; Canjet Airlines, Halifax, NS; Alliance 2000, Toronto, ON; TAESA, Mexico City; Skycraft, Oshawa, ON; Southern Regional Airlines, Buttonville, ON; Triton Airlines, St. John’s, NF; Software Houses – Navtech Systems, Kitchener, ON; Global Weather Dynamics, Monterey, CA; Westec Aerospace, Vancouver, BC; Integrated Data Systems, Laguna Beach, CA; Seqion Networking Solutions, Woodbridge, ON; Wholesale Aviation and Auto parts Distributors – Aviation Distributors, Irvine, CA; AC Delco, Oshawa, ON; Van Daaz, Montreal, PQ; and others too numerous to mention.
